The Icom OPC2338 programming cable (not included) is required to connect the F3201DEX to the Windows computer. The customer programming software license includes 12 months of updates. North American software versions are only included. Please ask about support kits for other regions.  Upon purchase, a USB drive containing the software will be shipped. No returns or refunds.
