It does not include wideband entitlement and is only compatible with a Windows PC. Mac computers will not work with this software license. The Icom OPC478UC programming cable (not included) is required to connect the V10MR to the Windows computer. The customer programming software license includes 12 months of updates. North American software versions are only included. Please ask about support kits for other regions.  Upon purchase, a USB drive containing the software will be shipped. No returns or refunds.
