High-efficiency Samlex Desktop Switching Power Supplies provide an extremely well-regulated DC output voltage of 13.8 Volts. Long gone are the days of RF noise producing switching supplies. Samlex advanced switch-mode DC power supplies were specifically designed for use with Land Mobile Radio, and now find use in many Amateur Radio, electronics, hobby, broadcasting and commercial applications. They produce clean, reliable power and are extremely well filtered to suppress unwanted noise and RFI.SEC-1233BBM models combine the reliability of the classic SEC-1223 with the reassurance of the BBM-1225 Battery Backup Module. These combined units automatically provide uninterrupted DC power from an external backup battery to your critical load in the event of an AC power outage. Once AC power is restored, SEC-1223BBM will revert seamlessly to supply DC power to the load while providing a current limited charge to the backup battery.Samlex Desktop Switching Power Supplies are small and light weight. Safety features include over-current, short-circuit, and over-voltage protection. 120 Vac models have also earned FCC compliance and UL listing to both USA and Canadian safety standards. 230 Vac models have European certification and are RoHS compliant.
