May I receive a quote?
  • Yes! Please use our "Request for quote" button on each product page. A quote will be sent in 24 to 48 hours. 
Do you have a certain product in stock?
  • If a product page has the "Add to cart" button, then the product is in stock.
  • If a product page has the "Place Backorder" button, then generally the order will be filled in 7 to 10 days.
  • If you can't find a product, please start a chat and provide the manufacturer and model number.
How long will my shipment take?
  • We offer many shipping options that can be selected at checkout. 
  • All in-stock orders will be processed by 4pm EST (Monday - Friday). *Orders with fabricating or programming may take longer to process.
  • Generally, backorders take 7 to 10 days to fulfill orders. Please start a chat for a more precise delivery date.

Can I pick my order up?
  • Yes! Please select the pickup option at checkout. *Pickup orders must be collected by the cardholder. The card used to process payment and a government ID will be required.
Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes! We ship globally. Shipping options will be available at checkout. *International shipments are at your own risk, as we cannot offer insurance or refunds for lost packages.
