Please be aware that, in any case, there's a 15% restocking fee.
We offer returns or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. All returns and exchanges must be returned to Atlantic Radio with an approved RMA number (please get in touch with us via the contact us page or chat).
Software and FCC licenses sales are final. No exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on reciept. If you need to exchange an order for a different item, please get in touch with us via the contact us page or chat.
RMA Process
- All returns and exchanges must be returned to Atlantic Radio with an approved RMA number (please get in touch with us via the contact us page or chat).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Also, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the return is validated, a refund will be processed with a credit that will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us via the contact us page or chat.
Return Shipping
- Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be mailed to 2550 N Powerline Rd. #104, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 with an approved RMA number issued by Atlantic Radio.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
